Returns & Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

- You receive the wrong product, or

- The product has a defect or quality issue.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–4 working days.

Made-to-Order Items
Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled or returned, unless they are faulty or differ from what was confirmed at the time of order.
