We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, your order is eligible for a return or refund only if:

• You receive the wrong product (does not match your order), or
• The product has a quality issue or manufacturing defect.

In such cases, once your return is approved by our team, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 3–4 working days.
