However, if the product is wrongly delivered (the product doesn’t match the order) or has quality/manufacturing defect only then will your order be eligible for return.

Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for a customized or made-to-order item unless the product is faulty or not as discussed.

Please take into consideration the items must be in their original condition, tags and packaging included, and returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

Buyers will be responsible for all exchange-related shipping charges. 

Once your item(s) reaches our warehouse, please allow for 3-4 business days for the return to be processed and a confirmation email to be sent.
